Terms of non-regular passenger carriage

These Terms constitute a public contract concluded directly between the Client (Passenger) and an independent Carrier at the moment of order confirmation.

1. Carrier’s Obligations and Liability
1.1. The Carrier bears full and exclusive liability for the safety of the trip, the life, health, and property of passengers, the technical condition of the vehicle, and compliance with Traffic Regulations.
1.2. For airport trips, the Carrier’s goal is to deliver the Passenger approximately 2.5 hours before departure. The Carrier is not liable for the Passenger’s indirect losses (airline tickets, etc.) in case of force majeure delays.
1.3. In case of an incident that makes further travel impossible, the Carrier undertakes to take all reasonable actions to assist the Passenger.

2. Passenger’s Obligations and Liability
2.1. Order Confirmation: It is the Passenger’s responsibility to proactively confirm their order no later than 2 days before the trip. If no confirmation is received, the Service reserves the right to cancel the order.
2.2. Time Planning: The Passenger is fully responsible for choosing the pick-up time.
2.3. Order Compliance: If the number of passengers or luggage changes, the Carrier has the right to apply an extra charge.
2.4. Material Liability: The Passenger agrees to compensate the cost of dry cleaning or repair for any damage to the vehicle caused by them.
2.5. Rules of Conduct: Smoking, consuming alcohol, and eating are forbidden inside the vehicle. The Passenger must wear a seatbelt.

3. Waiting Time
3.1. At the Airport: 1 hour of free waiting time from the actual landing time is included.
3.2. At an Address: 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
3.3. Additional waiting time is charged at a rate of €10 per hour.

4. Order Cancellation and Changes
4.1. Free Cancellation – no later than 3.5 hours before the trip.
4.2. Paid Cancellation (less than 3.5 hours) – The Passenger agrees to pay 100% of the cost.
4.3. Route Changes – are subject to a separate charge.

5. Additional Conditions
5.1. Greeters at the Airport: For each person meeting the passenger who is not a passenger themselves, an additional fee of €10 applies.
