Terms of non-regular passenger carriage

These Terms constitute a public contract concluded directly between the Client (Passenger) and an independent Carrier at the moment of order confirmation through the AndreTransfer service.

1. Carrier’s Obligations and Liability
1.1. The Carrier bears full and exclusive liability for the safety of the trip, life, health, and property of passengers, the technical condition of the vehicle, and compliance with all Traffic Regulations.
1.2. For airport trips, the Carrier’s goal is to deliver the Passenger approximately 2.5 hours before departure. However, the Carrier does not guarantee arrival at the exact time and is not liable for the Passenger’s indirect losses (airline tickets, etc.) in cases of force majeure.
1.3. In case of an incident that makes further travel impossible, the Carrier undertakes to take all reasonable actions to assist the Passenger.

2. Passenger’s Obligations and Liability
2.1. Order Confirmation: It is the Passenger’s responsibility to proactively contact the AndreTransfer service (by phone or messenger) to confirm their order no later than 2 (two) days before departure or arrival. Only after receiving such confirmation will the Service send the Passenger information about the car and the Carrier. If no confirmation is received, the Service reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
2.2. Time Planning: The Passenger is fully responsible for choosing the pick-up time. The Carrier’s obligation is to arrive at the time specified by the Passenger, not to monitor flight delays or cancellations.
2.3. Order Compliance: The terms of the trip (number of passengers and luggage) are agreed upon in advance. If these terms are changed, the Carrier has the right to apply an extra charge or refuse service.
2.4. Material Liability: The Passenger agrees to compensate the cost of dry cleaning or repair for any damage to the vehicle caused by them.
2.5. Rules of Conduct: Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and eating are forbiddeninside the vehicle. The Passenger must wear a seatbelt.

3. Waiting Time
3.1. Airport Pick-up: The price includes 1 hour of free waiting time from the actual landing time.
3.2. Address Pick-up: The price includes 15 minutes of free waiting time.
3.3. Exceeding the waiting time is subject to an additional charge of €10 per subsequent hour.

4. Order Cancellation and Changes
4.1. Free Cancellation: The Passenger may cancel the trip free of charge no later than 3.5 hours before the scheduled time.
4.2. Paid Cancellation: If the trip is cancelled less than 3.5 hours in advance, the Passenger agrees to pay 100% of the service cost.
4.3. Route Changes: Any trips outside the pre-agreed route are subject to a separate charge.

5. Additional Conditions
5.1. Greeters at the Airport: For each person meeting the passenger who is not a passenger themselves, an additional fee of €10 applies.
