  If any issues arise with the trip, all communication and problem-solving occur directly between you and the driver. The platform is not a participant in the trip and cannot influence its execution. If you cannot contact the initial driver, the only option is to create a new request on the platform for other available drivers to see.

  The platform allows you to specify your flight number when creating a request. This helps the driver who has accepted your request to stay informed about potential delays.

• Direct and Transparent Payment
  You pay the driver directly. The platform does not participate in financial transactions and does not charge any hidden fees to the passenger.
